Just a word of thanks to Jack and the service team. The past two years my wife has had to endure two hours a day traveling to work in a car with no heat through the winters but not anymore. We know there was a little problem getting parts but that’s becoming a problem everywhere. We appreciate the communication and keeping us updated while being repaired and can honestly say y’all have been far better than other dealerships we’ve had to deal with in the past. I believe I had the best car purchasing experience I have
I believe I had the best car purchasing experience I have ever had at Asheboro Nissan. Their sales team and sales manager were prompt, helpful, professional and worked with me through any concern I had. We had a deal within 1 hour of my call with no haggling. The truck was exactly what I wanted and the finance manager was easy to work with. I just wish they were closer to where I live in Rock Hill. I highly recommend Asheboro Nissan.

Purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from them with 68k miles
Purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from them with 68k miles ($14k) on it. No, I didn't purchase a warranty. At 80k miles the transmission and axel broke, they quoted me almost $8k to get rhe behicle back running. I have only owned this vehicle a couple of months. When j had the vehicle towed more than one employee of Asheboro Nissan said "yeah those rogues just have terrible transmissions, that's why replacements only have a 36 month warranty" funny that wasn't mentioned at the sale of the vehicle. The absolute worst experience with a dealership ive ever had. Turning it over to a lawyer to see if anything is possible.
