Stelly Nissan of Yorktown Heights

We went to Nissan of Yorktown Heights to look at a used car. The staff was excellent. We even got to meet the new owner, Adam. We ended up not buying the car, it was just not what my daughter was looking for. I have to say it was the most pleasant visit to a car dealership we ever had, and I'm 60 years old so you go in there on guard, but we were treated so well. There were no high pressure sales tactics. We were treated with actual kindness and understanding, they actually listened to us and what we were looking for. Since we had traveled so far they actually filled our car with gas for the trip home. I wish Adam all the luck in the world in this new endeavor. I highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely keep an eye on their inventory, because we have three daughters that will be looking for cars over the next couple years.

Every time their mechanics touch a car it is an issue. First Nissan Car - Car Accident took them 3 months to fix it. Mechanic not trained in new systems. Wanted to put parts from a different car inside. Second Nissan Car - Took for recall and now a malfunction keeps popping up and alarm going off. They are very rude, wanted me to pay for diagnostic test. They dont have the records for code that showed up when I returned car in their system. Now a code shows up and says not to worry about it doesnt have to do with recall. Was told had other clients to take care of and the door was behind me and I could leave.

1 very good salesman. Florent Novaj was VERY helpful with after sales support as well as delivery of this used car. The rest are basically worthless. Drove 350 miles to get frustrated. First 2 salespeople were poor at best. Madeline refused to listen to my questions and then argued with me instead of listening! The Service Director, Dale White, ignored and never answered my emails for information on the service record. Also, took 1-1/2 hours to do the paperwork for a CASH deal. If you dare buy from this dealership, be sure to ask for Mr. Florant (Flo) Novaj as he is the only reputable employee there. He will get the job done. Thank Flo!
