Always friendly and gets the job done! Wouldn’t trust any other mechanics to work on my vehicles. Professional and timely. Would definitely send anyone I know to buy, lease or service their vehicle(s) to Central Avenue Nissan.

Sales rep told me to allow them (Central Ave Nissan) to hold a $500 down payment until the following day, as a sign of good faith and after I declined the offer the following day, I tried requesting a refund and I was told that the "deal was approved" - even though I received a phone call telling me I was declined. Genera manager, Dawn Vitale, told me she can't return my money 'cause refunds aren't refundable on 'approved deals' .... I was never approved and have the info to prove it and instead she gave me owners info to email him describing the events that transpired and it's undetermined on how long I will see my refund.

Excellent service. Friendly staff left me with an amazing experience and beautiful car for a 1 time car owner. Would highly recommended,Nelson to any and everyone that is about to become a first time car owner .
