had to complain because inspection was not done before I
had to complain because inspection was not done before I bought car got pulled over with new vehicle. I am not happy about that. The vehicle has a burning smell and was told its because it new.

As for the burning smell, that’s often completely normal with new vehicles — it’s typically caused by factory oils, coatings, and protective waxes burning off as the exhaust and other components heat up for the first time.
