Horrible dealership.

Horrible dealership. Put deposit on a 2016 Mercedes Benz G wagon and it was sold to another customer and I was not informed that it had been sold. Sales consultant Ryan Miller did not respond to me when I kept inquiring about the status of the financing. He blamed everything on the finance manager. Very poor experience. Stay away from this dealership.

Jeff lied to me and my over and over.

Jeff lied to me and my over and over. They sold me a 2020 Maxima with bumper and hail damage. At the time of showing me the car it was washed with beaded water on so I didn't see the damage that's one story. The worst part was the nightmare Jeff, told me one price but Ken Cooper told me that my credit was bad and the bank was charging me 3500 dollars, I said tohim i never heard of this. That was exactly the amount they added to the car price what is so funny is the car is not in my name. They robbed me and my 77 year old dad Ken am not letting this go. I want my money back. Jeff is their best sales guy to get them a class action.

I had went and sold my vehicle to Jeffrey R Meltser by rock away Nissan and get another car he had promised me that if I get another car I don’t have to pay a down payment I said ok and I told him I want a car from the year of 2022 he said ok but then he said he doesn’t have 2022 in stock so he gave me Nissan Altima 2020 then he said you have to pay down payment I said Jeffrey u promised me and he didn’t keep it he said the back didn’t approve me so he said u can pay at least $1500 and I said ok then he asked more at soon as he saw my credit card and my money in my bag he kept asking for more and he took $4,000 he kept telling me down payment is low it will work trust me I said I do trust u Out of all my trust to Jeffrey I took the car to my house and the next day there was a dead mouse and flying bugs that I was landed in the hospital the flys kept biting me and I got unconscious that I someone took me to the hospital and when I woke up I saw I was at the hospital I was terrible wasn’t feeling good at all After I got discharged I called Jeffrey he didn’t answer I texted him he didn’t answer me but my phone showed me that he saw my message but he ingnored me after 3’ days later I called him and he answer he said wait till u get the title and I’ll take it back no problem that was also a lie he didn’t want to take it back when I got the title I quickly went to Jeffrey I showed him my back he didn’t care I told him what was inside the car he didn’t seem he cared I told him paying monthly payment won’t happen don’t ask me to pay I won’t pay they made me leave crying terrible they didn’t want to change the car at all for me I will never go back to them and I prefer to have everyone know my experience with them please PLEASE EVERYONE DONT GET YOUR CAR FROM THEM AT ALL THEY ONLY LOVE MONEY
