I purchased a Nissan frontier sv. A2022 with 53 thousand miles. Three and one half months later the muffler got loud on Wednesday. The next afternoon my son in law got under it and found a hole in the top of the muffler. As big as a half dollar bill. Next morning we left to come home from vacation. It was a 53 mile drive we never made it. The truck quit. We had it hauled to the shop and were told it was a 4000 dollar bill. We got Nissan involved with a case number and all. After a month of supposedly assessment of the muffler and all we were told it was our problem to pay for. Nissan took no responsibility for a faulty muffler system at just 57000 miles. My thought is it should have been caught in a pre sale inspection. No trying to find a fair solution, nothing. I will not or will not send family to Simmons Rockwell again. They used to be our go to but not any more.

Just bought a brand new 2024 Nissan Rogue took it back at less then 100 miles due to a deformity in the drivers side tire. They moved the deformed tire to the rear and sent me on my way! Apparently customer lives mean nothing to dealerships anymore. All they said was you have insurance and sent me on my way knowing that the tire wouldn’t pass a vehicle inspection in any state! Thanks so much for sending me down the highway playing Russian roulette with my life it is greatly appreciated

The service department is very friendly and I appreciate the job they do. The team is excellent. I highly recommend this service department. 👍
