Best experience. The other lady before was horrible-this was good. The other lady would not even let me book the appointment saying they could not help us and the warranty I had was no good. I almost went somewhere else and dealt with the leak in my sun roof for months until someone else answered the phone and was pleasant and set up the appointment. Service fixed everything in one day. I hope the other person no longer works there because she just refused to give me an appointment even after I came in person to ask. Great service from everyone this time.

In July I purchased a used Infinity qx60.

In July I purchased a used Infinity qx60. I spent about 20k and this was a very nice vehicle. I am a Disabled Vet and take money very seriously since I don't receive much anyway. After driving it for a month and a half I noticed a really bad vibration sound which was unbearable to listen to while driving. I brought it in and they said they fixed it. When I picked the vehicle up not only did the vibration not get fixed I had a insane squealing noise coming from the tire now. So I went in for one problem only to have two now! I brought it back a day later. The service gentlemen is very nice but it seems the mechanics are either not very well trained or they are fresh out of school and if the computer doesn’t find it they cant either, or give up when it gets hard. About a week ago he was telling me that I have to return the rental, get into another car and then days went by with no communication. When asked he said never mind. I stated when I brought it in what may be wrong with it only to say it again 3 weeks later. This is the 3rd vehicle that I purchased from West Herr in four years that had major problems. I don’t have a lot of money and being a Disabled Vet I take my purchases especially of that amount very seriously. The service guy has a lot of excuses and trying to back play some of what’s happened to make it seem like its my fault the car is doing that or I should deal with it. I cant believe you would treat a Disabled Vet this way. The service dept. cant seem to find where the noise is coming from, they can hear it just cannot find it. Because of the problem it led to “feathering of the tires” that all they did is rotate them even though feathering cannot be fixed. So the heavy vibration issue his a part of what caused the feathering on new tires. So if you cant fix the problem the other tires will feather too leading to future problems now. If the tires are bad from a problem you cant solve new tires should be a given when vehicle is fixed. He said to drive it till something happens. Are they out of their mind, shows lacks of knowledge and laziness you don't know where its coming from you cant say its safe to drive!!!!!!!!!. My opinion is West Herr growing to fast and they are inspecting cars on the fly to sell them so that the customers suffer at the end. Not customers just numbers and dollar signs we are to them. Too make things worse I had Hertz rental car threaten to repo the rental cause its 10 days overdue. I asked 4 different times when he said he would put me in a dealer car and said not to worry. You need to get your stuff together this is by far the last time I ever purchase a vehicle and will hang up signs in my family’s large medical practice not to buy from you.
