Justin is simply a professional. I had a pleasant experience with him. He is straight to the point, knowledgeable, and fair. I am definitely going to service my Nissan Versa here at Rockland Nissan with Justin on the upcoming schedule.

Rude and disrespectful.

Rude and disrespectful. Why do you have someone dealing with clients that is not friendly or empathetic. He spoke to me like I was a complete idiot, ridiculed an email from your company and totally dismissed me when I asked to speak to a manager. There was zero need to be rude and disrespectful. I will never return to your location.
