While the vehicle itself was fine and I was really happy to get the Nissan Murano, the sales experience was extremely uncomfortable due to aggressive and repeated pressure around customer surveys and reviews. I was asked multiple times to complete a Google review in person, while still at the dealership, and was also preemptively pressured about a post-purchase survey I would be contacted about later. I was explicitly told that anything less than a perfect score would significantly impact the salesperson’s compensation, which felt manipulative and inappropriate. When I said I preferred to complete any feedback privately and later, the pressure continued rather than being respected. This created anxiety and genuinely detracted from what should have been a positive experience — to the point that I left regretting my decision to purchase from this dealership. I strongly recommend that management reconsider how surveys and reviews are handled. Customers should never feel coerced, guilted, or cornered into providing feedback, especially while still in the middle of the transaction.

I just got surprised by Mom at Lia Nissian of Saratoga and from the second I got on property having Steve Laffer waiting outside for us as well as every employee saying hello the whole experience was amazing. Also hearing about how excited everyone at the dealership was about surprising me made me feel so happy and appreciated and after this amazing experience I will buy every single car I buy from Steve Laffer and Lia Nissian of Saratoga.
