Went to trade in our car to get a newer used one.
Went to trade in our car to get a newer used one. We got one but i could tell it had hard shift before even leaving the lot but they said it needed an air box so i was giving it grace that the cpu was misreading because of that. After airbox was replaced the transmission still jerked. Tried to take it to them to get it looked at, they said they cant work on it because they dont have the software to be able to. So after talking to someone and taking it to dodge tht didnt have a temp to look at it. they said to come back after about 7 payments. So i did AND THEY TRIED TO TELL ME TO GET MY CURRENT AUTO LOANER TO REPO IT AND THEYD SALE ME A NEW ONE?!! That is outrageous and totally unethical!!! WHAT KIND IF COMPANY IS THIS!! then was told they couldnt give me a temp to get my vehicle fixed so im just stuck with it till the transmission goes out which theyll say is my fault for not getting it fixed when ive BEEN TRYING TO GET IT FIXED!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER GO HERE!! THE SERVICE MANAGER KIM ACTS LIKE SHE KNOWS EVERYTHING!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE INDIVIDUAL!

I WAS DENIED SERVICE BECAUSE I BROUGHT MY PART AT A CHEAPER PRICE THEN WHAT ROSWELL NISSAN WAS CHARGING. $1,400 COMPARED TO $800 THE SERVICE MANAGER KIM ARGUED ABOUT RECOMMENDING WHAT MY VEHICLE NEEDED. WELL I KNOW WHAT MY VEHICLE NEEDED REGARDLESS OF THE AGE . ONLY TWO THINGS WATER PUMP AND VALVE BODY. KIM DEMMANDED IF WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT THEN I NEED TO REPLACE TENSIONER, TIMING CHAINS . I TOLD KIM NO I WILL TAKE MY CHANCES. I WAS TOLD $189 LABOR , FLUIDS , DISPOSAL OF FLUIDS, SERVICE TOOLS USED ALL DIFFERENT PRICE. ALSO TALKING ABOUT TIMMING CHAINS BREAKING AND TENSIONER. NOW SHE IS NOT THE MECHANIC HOW WOULD SHE KNOW THAT IT WOULD BE BROKEN? THAT IS SUCH A RED FLAG THAT EXTRA PARTS THAT ARE RECOMMENDED ARE BROKE INTENTIONALLY TO ADD MORE COST. KIM MAD UP HER OWN CHARGE AMOUNT. CHARGE FOR THIS AND CHARGE FOR THAT. KIM FORCED THE RECOMMENDED IF THATS WHAT I NEEDED TO DO. RECOMMENDED MEANS OPTIONAL. NOT FORCED AND YOU NEED THIS OR WE WILL CHARGE YOU EVERY LITTLE THING TO REACH THAT PRICE GOAL. KIM ACTS SO EDUCATED ABOUT CARS AND PARTS , BUT WHEN YOU ASK FOR A SIMPLE QUESTION SHE KNOWS NOTHING. HAVING A FALL OUT WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE SHE WILL NOT HELP YOU. SO PEOPLE DONT TAKE NO SERVICE TO THIS PRIVATELY OWNED COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANY CUSTOMER THAT IS MORE OBSERVED ON WHATS REALLY GOING ON. I WILL BE WAITING ON WHAT THERE RESPOND WILL BE. THE OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL IS THE ONLY OPTION TO GET YOUR COMPLAINT HEARD. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMPLAINING TO ROSWELL NISSAN.

I received immediate responses to my inquiry from about 4 salespeople. I responded to the first one. The gentleman was personable and seemed interested in what my needs were as I was concerned if the vehicle could be shipped to a neighboring state. There were also no interior photos of the vehicle, and the salesperson was going to have some taken and sent to my phone. That never happened because during our phone conversation he stated that the advertised price on the website was NOT the actual price of the car. The car was listed for $6000 more than advertised on their own site and yours. I think that’s a terrible way to start a transaction. I laughed and said that it was ridiculous to have that kind of markup above what was ADVERTISED. He said he would still send me photos of the interior if I was still interested in the vehicle. I never received the photos and/or heard from them again.
