HIGH FRAUD ALERT! Fraudulent business practices. BAIT AND SWITCH, CAR PRICR CHANGE, ADVERTISED A CAR AT ONE PRICE AND INCREASED BY 9K ON SALES CONTRACT. USED FRAUDULENT SIGNATURE TO SIGN CONTRACT, PACKED FINANCE CONTRACT WITH ADD ONS THAT WERE SOLD AS ALL INCLUSIVE. FRAUDULENTLY SIGN SERVICE CONTRACTS, SOLD A CAR WITH UNDISCLOSED BODY DAMAGED, WITHHELD REGISTRATION FOR 50 DAYS BEFORE RELEASING. NJDMV HAD TO MAKE THEM RELEASE REGISTRATION. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! THEY WILL xxxx YOUR CREDIT AND FINANCES. THEY LIE AND MANIPULATE THEIR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE TAKE MY REVIEW SERIOUSLY AND DON’T BUY FROM THEM.

leased a vehicle from this dealership and had an incredibly frustrating experience with their service department. While driving on a major highway, a plastic trim piece at the bottom of my windshield suddenly flew off. The car only has 10,000 miles and is in year 2 of a 3-year lease — something like this should not be happening on a fairly new vehicle. When I brought the car in, I was told it wouldn’t be covered under warranty because I didn’t have the part. I honestly have no idea what they expected me to do — stop my car on a busy highway going 60 mph and try to retrieve it? The explanation made absolutely no sense. I emailed the service manager twice. I got one response saying he would get back to me, and then… nothing. No follow-up, no help, no attempt to address the issue. I’m now contacting Nissan directly to try to get this resolved, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to this dealership. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I am sorry to hear of your experience. You are correct, something like this should not happen on a newer vehicle. With that said, there are many contributing factors that could cause something like this to happen. I am not posting blame, I just need to be clear. There is also guidelines that dealerships must follow when performing warranty repairs. 1 of those is that failed part needs to be present, and sometimes called back by Nissan to inspect to ensure the concern in questions was not outside influence. I can assure you that staff was just following guidelines as set forth by our manufacturer. We do believe firmly in helping our guests, but we can not be financially responsible for every situation. Fraudulent business practices.
Fraudulent business practices. Such as bait and switch.. Same car listed at 2 stores with different prices and they send you to the store that it's not at and try to show you a car you never wanted it asked about but tell you that you did but it's the wrong color stock number and vin number. You go to the store that you finally find out the car is at and you go there and it's listed for more than 3000 more. You get them to agree to sell it for the lower advertised price and try to hit you with outrageous bogus fees 2695 for NJ inspection costs the customer nothing and 2495 for certification. Which is they are selling the car as certified costs the dealership 500 and Nissan doesn't allow that to be passed on as an additional charge to the customer but they lie and say it's for activation another bogus fee and their documentary fee went from 795 to 1095 in minutes. Had I not been in the business for 25 years prior they would have stolen over 6000 from me. These tactics are illegal and theyshould be in jail! Nissan should take away their franchise without question! Anybody looking for a car start far far away from any of their stores! They are morning but thugs and thieves!
