1 day after I bought a 2118 Pathfinder I brought it back because the automatic hatch opener would not work while the car was not running. I told salesman it must be the battery.I was told it was not the battery, it was the key fob battery which they changed. Somehow the hatch opened. But when I got home it did not. I went back and was told the battery was not covered buy the warranty. Are you kidding me, I just bought the car!! I had to pay my shop $175 for a new battery. The hatch now works. On top of this, there was no jack or tow hook in the car. It took more than a month and a call to the supervisor to get the jack. They still haven't given me a tow hook which is required to properly tow the car. The salesman says he will call me when another car comes in with a hook that he will give me. This will leave the next customer in the same situation. But I don't think I will be getting a call. xxx, order a hook.
