People are professional and friendly. Service Dept does a great job in explaining car problems and the required repairs. Marc Scalera is one of the most customer-oriented service managers that I've had the pleasure to deal with.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to Chuck Metzger and the rest of the Denville Nissan Dealership for the excellent service they provided on June 8, 2018 while I turned over the lease on my 2016 Rogue for a new 2018 Rogue.
The 2018 Rogue is my 12th Nissan over the years, ranging from my first Sentra, through the Stanza, Altima and Maxima, several of which I have had the good fortune to have dealt with Chuck.
I believe the process that Chuck followed was both efficient and effective and resulted in a relatively short time frame from beginning with being greeted by Chuck to the final dealings with the financial rep. Chuck was very informative from the initial test drive of the new 2018, through the lease arrangements, to the instructions on the various buttons and dials, some of which had changed from the 2016 model. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership, Chuck and the service department as a reputable and responsible organization.
I would also like to complement the dealership as well for its appearance as well as the friendliness of all of the personnel with whom I came in contact. By the way, the coffee was pretty good too.
