DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DISHONESTY On August 2025, I bought a car at this dealership. For starters, they have a price online but only let you walk out with the car if they increase the price. But we liked the car, and paid the price, above our plans. Up until this point, we were well attended. Only when everything was finalized, MARIO HERNANDEZ told us the car only had one key and that he would try to find the key for us. He told us to call back, and after 2 months trying to reach out to him, we got no response. I called back today straight to the dealer and spoke to him. He said the dealer and him, couldn’t do anything about it. If I wanted to trade my car in with one key, would they allow it, or would they charge me the second key fee? A 2023 car is considered new, and what do you mean it doesn’t have a second key? And the bigger detail, BOTH DEALER AND MARIO HERNANDEZ WERE DISHONEST IN HIDING THIS INFORMATION. I’m giving an advice to all future customers, BE CAREFUL, and be sure you go over all necessary information before you close the contract in the purchase of your car. Me personally, I will not recommend this dealer neither Mario Hernandez. I’m really disappointed.
