Helpful courteous knowledgeable Very professional Sepehr Golshan couldn't be nicer took time in between helping me get my car , giving us the gold of the valley "Water' to taking time to talk and play with my 7 year old daughter. Who says the back seat is as comfortable as a bed and i love that this car doesn't smoke out the exhaust like the old one did.

Worse customer service.
Worse customer service. Left the car on Wednesday, called Thursday Friday and Saturday just for an update was told only Ruben could answer and he’s not at his desk right now. Left numerous voicemails to get a call back Saturday middle of the day to say oh we just ordered the part. When I get to Nissan to pick up a rental car Ruben is just sitting at his desk and also when I picked up the car guess who’s sitting at his desk doing nothing Ruben is. He gave me the run around of where to go said just go to cashier and the cashier didn’t have anything for me sent me back to Ruben and Ruben was confused. This place has no idea what they’re doing. Also the rental guy that checks in your car rudest and worst customer service out of anyone talked down to me like I wasn’t a customer and getting work done on a car. Also nice thing I have to say about this place is Jessica the rental car lady only nice person and person with a brain working there. And last thing they left the hood open so when I was driving away it was bouncing up and down
