Kenny Simpson Nissan

I had scheduled a 7:30 appointment to get some warranty work on my Rogue. I have to come to Helena to Kenny Simpson Nissan because Butte does not have a dealership. I arrived and they told me it would be 2 hours to repair it. I got a shuttle and went down town for a few hours expecting it to be done by the time I returned. No… I spent 3 more hours waiting for it and it was done at 2:30. Long story short, I brought it in at 7:30 expecting to leave Helena by at least 1p.m. My assumption is that it was warranty work and was not a priority. Ad a result I will not be returning to this dealer and will go to Bozeman where the service is exceptional.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. We purchased a new 2 023 nissan titan XD. 6 weeks after purchase we discovered it had a factory defect in the intergated goose neck/fifth wheel hook up. in which this truck is now useles to us and to our business as we can not tow with it. to sum this up short after a couple of days of a go around with this dealershp and nissan usa. all they want to truly do is a buy back and put me in another truck with a loss of several thousand dollars to me. after our las go around with this dealership we receive a text message from a apparent employee at this dealership advising us informing us of. ( THAT KENNY SIMPSON AND THE SALES MNGS KNEW OF THIS FACTORY DEFECT AND HIS THIS INFORMATION AND SOLD US THIS TRUCK) CROOKED to the bone, there is NO fix for this truck AT ALL to be able to tow a fifth wheel or goose neck trailer.. I will not take a loss with dealership on a buy back. I will take a loss on a chevy or GMC elsewhere. I need a truck for my business daily. a truck that is reliable. AS THIRD TIME NISSAN TITAN XD owner I have lost all respect for nissan totally.

I strongly do not recommend Kenny Simpson Nissan. The service department is managed poorly with an unprofessional and unethical manager. The technicians are not to be trusted and may not be properly trained, Several times they missed a major problem with my car. I took it in twice and each time I was told they could not find anything wrong. Their error, misdiagnose, lack of concern and sloppy service cost me while out of state. The manager agreed with me and pointed the the technician error. After numerous attempts to resolve this issue I am now being ghosted by the service department manager and the owner himself. I will never recommend shopping at Kenny Simpson or utilizing their service department. Other communities in Montana will serve you better.
