We purchased the Nissan Kicks in June.
We purchased the Nissan Kicks in June. We were pleased with how professional and friendly they are. Since then we have needed minor work done. One of which was have the front passenger seat fixed as it wouldn’t go forward. We were going out of State and they had it fixed and we left on time. Today we needed to have a piece of trim replaced and again it was done in a timely manner. Thank you to Chase JJ Connie and all that have given us superior service! Go visit Nissan Springfield for the best quality and service!

I was reasonable after multiple issues and was given a
I was reasonable after multiple issues and was given a free oil change only for the to put the wrong oil on the order and the wrong oil labeled on the sticker. I've got another oil change for free I'm not going to use because I'm tired of the poor service and screw ups.
