Al West Nissan is Rolla MO is absolutely AMAZING! Karen Polanowski sold me my 2025 Nissan Versa, months later put my daughter into a Nissan Sentra before she left for Mizzou. The customer service there is beyond amazing! There are personable, you become part of the family there! And the service department, that’s an entire new level of excellence! They go above and beyond for their customers! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD at AL WEST NISSAN IN ROLLA MO!!

Every time I come in for service on my vehicles, I am greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Not only do they perform the needed services, but they also do a free 27 point inspection to make sure my vehicle is up to date on maintenance and safe for my family to drive and ride in. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here!
