Absolutely 5 stars for Bommarito! From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience—no drama, no pressure, and no extra sales tactics. Just honest, straightforward service and a smooth process all the way through. The customer service was top-notch, and the sales team was the best I’ve ever worked with. The phone call made it even more clear they don’t care! First call goes to a call center. The person they recommended me reach out to never returned the call! Not great on the paperwork side and when you try to be fair, being in the sales game, and don’t fight hard to make the process as efficiently as possible knowing how bad things are right now in this sector they don’t put an emphasis on making things right to loyal customers! This also likely will lead to lost business from at least three different clients! They didn’t prove themselves when they were at fault for putting a customer in a bad situation and it’s upsetting when you know it’s possible by 2030 Nissan won’t look like they do currently when you follow up on the car market! We were taken completely advantage of and not treated with respect when a resolution was possible! Likely we could go to another dealership and they would find a way to lower our cost on our current lease yet Bommarito tries to push it to the side where our time isn’t getting taken into account on the full picture As a salesman myself this is a wake up call and will be staying clear of the Bommarito name when this could have been a lifelong partnership! This is an embarrassment to the auto industry and sales! When things go wrong you just take full accountability and that clearly isn’t important to the Bommarito team!
