Terrible service-unhonored promise

Jeff, service rep, told me my blown tire is under warranty when I hit a curb to visit my husbands grave for first time. I came in to buy 4 new tires and wheels wanting to get rid of my low profiles. He tells me he needs to do some homework to figure out what “regular tires and wheels” I could buy. He, Mark, then said your tire is under warranty….want me to put a new tire on for now to get u off donut? I said, Sure”. After putting on new tire Mark says , not under warranty “ and my only choice was to pay for this tire before they would open the door for me to leave. I didn’t come in for another low profile…..I wanted 4 regular tires and wheels instead. I spoke to assistant manager “Kristy” as manager “Thomas” had left. She said she would talk to Thomas and call me back. Eventually Thomas called me back saying he would reimburse me for 1/2 price of tire. I came to dealership 3-14-23 for new battery and asked Mark for my 1/2 price tire…I was never reimbursed for? Mark told me to talk to Thomas. Thomas told me to talk to Mark. Mark said I should take up with Kristy….I asked where she was but told she was fired and no longer there. I asked Thomas (manager) again who said he didnt remember conversation and asked why it took me 4 months to take care of this? I told him my husband died and I was busy burying him and getting my life back together AND it was not 4 months…..almost 3 months actually! He continued to say 4 months as I corrected each time. He again told me he did not remember conversation and couldn’t give me this money back. Another service person, Keith, spoke up saying he remembers and put new tire on. Thomas said, sounds like a train wreck from beginning “. I told him true but at time of our conversation he told me Mark and Kristy were there on speakerphone and asked him “how else would I know he had a Cadillac with low profile tires” and he told me I should live with the low profiles or I could have suspension problems and reset my odometer? He said best he could do is give me 2 free oil changes and tire rotations. I told him if this is best he could do I wanted in writing since he didn’t honor his word to me and told him I was still unhappy! He asked Mark to write up on business card, sign, and give me free labor putting in my battery-which is funny….they could hand me the battery and I could put in myself. Then I told other employee I was not happy. He said he was speaking to me as another person….not Landers employee and told me he understood! Then Keith comes to me saying battery was fine, they checked 3 times and gave me my keys. Told him I appreciate him speaking up about witnessing what I told Thomas. He told me this was his last day….he was going to work elsewhere. I can not express my disappointment, maybe Thomas should take notes of promises he makes. Very poor way to manage business!!!! I still have low profile tires (I hate and came there to buy 4 regular tire and wheels) and now my car still won’t start unless I jump it! U can’t trust anyone….especially Landers Nissan. If it said Landers ,you paid to much

11/22/2020 I had an appointment for a recall problem. My appointment was made 2 wks in advance because they had to order the part. Drop my truck off at 7 am Tuesday to have them repaired. Was told they would text me or call me, at 3 pm never heard a word about my truck, but after 3 calls I was able to speak to someone. was told they would check on it for me, but I was never answered back, had to go to the dealership to see what was going on. Talk to the service manager she would check on it for me, come to find out there was no part. My truck was there all day, but I was never contacted about it, I could have used my truck all day. This is the third time I had trouble, with Landers sent on Feb. I will never buy another vehicle again from Lander.
