Called a xxxxx by VP
Went in to have a fuel pump put in. Was told it would take 3 hours. I asked Russell Street if I could Have a loner car to go do some errands and he asked if I bought it from him I say No but you have done every single service on it since I bought It new from my nephew at Tuscaloosa Nissan He said he doesn’t loan out except from people who has bought from him I said I thought That was pretty crappy to do that and not do it for your loyal service people he said well I think You are a xxxxx and don’t threaten me with ever coming back here because I dont Give a xxxx if you ever do!! This was done in front of everyone in the show room service dept and all the workers!! Can you tell me how someone with this hate can work with the public?

Living Handsfree!
I have had my 2012 Rogue serviced at Columbus Nissan for years. Bobby Cade and his staff and all the cashiers are friendly and helpful. I always feel they are being honest with me. Last week we decided it was time to get a new car after 7 years and 170,000 miles. Since I had so few problems with my Rogue and I loved how it drove, we bought a 2019 Rogue. Same color even! But, this time all the bells and whistles(what my grandad would have called “new fangled gadgets”) were overwhelming to me.(yes, old school)This is where my hero of the hour enters. Mike “Smitty” Smith walked me through how to activate, utilize and understand the technology and “garbledegok” of the manual. After 3 tutoring sessionsI am enjoying the evolving world of handless communication AND SIRI!!!! I really appreciate his patience and kindness.
