Am a Senior Citizen with numerous disabilities, staff searched 48 states for car to address my disabilities. Found exactly what I need + low mileage, showroom condition, & accessories I never expected. Zack Winter, in charge of searching, kept me informed since this was not a simple search. James, Sales Manager also helped when needed to help with the search & final paperwork. I was totally impressed with the service of these two employees, but also other staff I came in contact with. January 2022 I was offered a free value appraisal for my vehicle. I had roughly 10,500 miles on a 2019 Nissan. No damage any where either.. I know what the bluebook value is already. Oh they said they "wanted" my vehicle! and why wouldn't they.? It was regularly serviced,, well taken care of, low miles, even rust proofed but they came back with an extremely low offer that was insulting. About a month ago I was emailed another message and they told me that they were interested in my vehicle . I replied that I would rather go else where to trade in my vehicle then deal with them when I was ready to " trade in" my vehicle.
