Not responsive.
Not responsive. I dropped off for replacing radiator , need to know if I would need a rental or not. I made a lot of calls and left messages regarding to status and no one replied. At the end, it took total of 7 days for me to get the car back which I was told would take about a day. The explanation was short staffed. I totally lost my faith in Nissan and I don’t think I would buy another Nissan again.
