He wasn’t pushy, asked her great questions, and made it a great experience. He also was very helpful to move things along to make sure she could get on the road to get back to college!

The man lives up to his name—he’s the Rolls-Royce of salesmen in an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation. I came in with a budget, a list of must-haves, and a wife to keep happy (the trickiest variable of all). Lou listened to what we actually needed instead of just pushing us toward the shiniest thing on the lot. He worked through our constraints without making us feel like we were being difficult, and by the end, we drove away in a car that checked every box—including the most important one: spousal approval. No pressure, no games, just a guy who genuinely seems to enjoy matching people with the right vehicle. If car buying is usually a headache, Lou-Royce is the aspirin. Highly recommend.
