Jonathan was very friendly but when I gave him my paperwork showing that I was approved through a specific lender and also what I should have gotten for my trade-in, I found out later that none of that was followed. I'm not sure why but I found out later that my loan was through a different lender at a higher interest rate, so I had to refinance. I was also charged for add ons I did not approve and was given a lot lower value for my trade-in. They don't give you your physical paperwork, they give you a flash drive. I have also emailed asking why I was charged for these items I did not approve and why my financing was wrong and I have not been able to get a response. Jonathan and the other gentleman that did my paperwork were nice but the whole process has been shady and I could not recommend anyone I know to go here.
