Easterns has the worst service center Ive ever had the
Easterns has the worst service center Ive ever had the non-plessure of dealing with. Ive gave them 3 chances and now they're out. 1st visit after they took over from Sheehy Nissan and they lied about rotating my tires that I paid for, still havent done that. Went back for a second visit and they didn't secure the lug nuts or cap on my tires...amatures...and this last visit the mechanic, Shawn Wikerson had the audacity to try and get me to buy a bunch of services that my truck didn't need and then overcharge me for a simple oil change. Scammers...I complained to the manager Keith and he told me to take my truck somewhere else which I will be gladly doing. As well as putting in a better business bureau complaint and review. I will not be returning. BEWARE

Will my salesman was very helpful and professional. The car I was to potentially buy was at a different location. Will had it brought to me and prepared for my inspection. I will return for future purchases and will definitely recommend to family and friends, everyone.

Unless you’re buying a brand new Nissan, AVOID THIS
Unless you’re buying a brand new Nissan, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP ‼️. I bought a car it had issues. I made them aware day 2. 3 weeks later and 5 visits they admitted that something was wrong after Service said it was fine. I did an exchanged where they significantly reduce the exchange amount and it ended up costing me a lot more than it should. I would never recommend it.
