My 74 year old mother promised to buy her grandson a vehicle if he saved up money for a down payment. May 27 2024 she purchased a used car from Nationwide Nissan In Lutherville and the car came with all kinds of service issues including transmission slipping. The car has been towed because of the unsafe conditions and hasn't been driven in over a month and a half! Now she is stuck with payments to a car that can't be used. I would never suggest anyone buying a car from them! I believe that they knew that this car had transmission problems.

Dear Ms. Sherrell Brown, We have reached out to you. No one can predict mechanical failures. You stated that you parked the car in July the owner did not hear from you until last week. It has been 4 months since the vehicle has been in your possession. Every vehicle must pass stringent guidelines to pass the Maryland State Inspection. Any codes would have caused the vehicle to fail the state inspection. It passed and therefore it did not have transmission issues prior to the vehicles purchase. You stated the vehicle has had multiple service issues. Yet there is no documentation of any issues. Regards, Nationwide KIA service team.

Friend advised that Chris Collins, sales rep, said he could help me get a vehicle. Monthly payment too much for me. Waited a great long while to have Chris say he'd gotten me a deal with finance to fit my 1/2 of $669 budget. GUESS WHAT?? SCREWED!! PAYMENT STILL THE SAME AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO COME TO THEM TO SPEAK ABOUT ALL. They only needed to sell a car that eve which they also conveyed. If you're in need to find a vehicle and a friend recommends Nationwide, DON'T GO THERE YOU WILL GET SCREWED.
