Disappointed to relay similar issues based on overpriced
Disappointed to relay similar issues based on overpriced small truck bought for our son from Nissan Lexington Park. Has never run properly in the nine months after taking in multiple times with 17yr old breaking down on side of road. Never idled correctly-brought in for screeching belt noise and idle after just being tightened-not honoring 12mo warranty after finding throttle body issue needing rebuild-$850 estimate due to “general wear” and an additional $150 for tightening belts they had installed. Needless to say we are pulling the truck and having someone else diagnose/fix. Military family-will not return.

This dealership is GREAT! Josh Dickerson is the man! My wife bought her 2 Nissan Altima with him and she’s not one that’s easy to mess with when it comes to buying a car, but he made everything smooth and she was able to walk out the door with her second car from them. Jeremiah in finance was great as well even though he chose Cal Ripken over Ken Griffey jr lol. No serious both were very awesome to work with and I know all of our future vehicles will be bought through them.

Very poor management
Looking at the reviews I'm surprised the states AG does not get involved. My son was sold a car that was inspected by them but wouldn't pass at another inspection station. Neither the sales manager nor the service manager know how to operate a dealership. NISSAN was told about their practices by my son, maybe they will investigate. I truly hope people will stay away.
