very poor customer service, I have been in car sales
very poor customer service, I have been in car sales quite a while and the level service I rec'd I would expect from a buy here pay here lot. I know the difference, Why would a customer be approved for a car , I was told my car is financed with PNC which I was happy with, since i have my checking account there just makes it all easier. The very next morning doing the insurance work, I was told the lender is Ally, they obviously have a relationship with Ally,I don't it doesn't benefit me, it benefits them.. when I worked in sales, a reputable dealership does what's in the best interest of the customer, here they put themselves 1st,

In reviewing the events, we see that your salesperson went above and beyond and delivered/reviewed features of your new vehicle from 11:30pm to 12:30 am (we close much earlier). In addition, your salesperson got you to I95 so you could get home safely. Regarding the lender, you will need to speak with finance directly as we cannot discuss financing online. Went there look car on line 23500 told sale man what we wanted look at that car on line. Everything was going good till sat down now car back at 25500 said on line car was one with out sunroof so bought car get home look on line and stock # was car with sunroof so I feel lied about . At dundalk kia .Bought truck from bob bell ford that were great and honor price on line so long story short don't believe on line pricing from bob bell dundalk
