I brought a key fob to get programmed and right of the top the service rep acted like she didn't want to do the job for me because the key fob wasn't bought from them. Then when they did program the only and 1 key fob they don't tell me till after the job was done that I needed 2 key fobs to program to my vehicle without having any error codes to come up. Mind you when I left the dealership I had error codes because I was not buying my second key fob from them because of the miss information that wasn't given to me. I could have and should have been told that before I got charged 155.00 to program 1 key fob with error codes. I bought the car there and that was my first time there for service and was very dissatisfied with the service. The service rep and technician need better training there.
