I scheduled an appointment a week prior. I didn’t think the appointment would take 3 hours and basically I had to walk to Ryan to ask about my car

This place can't be trusted.
This place can't be trusted. Went there because my vehicle had a problem that I was told would be covered through a factory warranty when I dropped it off. Then when they inspect it, they said the engine was too gunked up due to the lack of maintenance, such as not getting oil changes. Haven't had the vehicle that long, but I changed the oil when I was supposed to. Was told the vehicle was very low on oil, when it was just inspected by another shop that confirmed my oil level was fine. No oil light on the dash at any point either. I believe they just didn't want to honor the warranty because it was too much labor and would cost them a lot to fix. They also tried to increase the diagnostic fee from what they told me originally, seemed like a money grab. The service department associates I dealt with seemed very deceitful and don't know how to talk to people. They asked if I had prior maintenance done before and even after I told them yes, they never asked to see the proof. Premiere Nissan of Metairie is one big con artist, won't be using them again for any future business
