My husband and I bought a Nissan Pathfinder from salesman, Matt Silva today. Matt is very personable and extremely friendly and so nice. Matt answered all our questions with great knowledge and in a detailed way that anyone can understand. The purchase process was quick and easy. I highly recommend Matt and Navarre Nissan. We love our new Pathfinder and when we purchase another vehicle, we will definitely go see Matt Silva. Thank you for everything.

I bought a brand new 2022 Nissan Frontier from this dealership 2 years and less than a month ago. It had a manufacture defect that was well known. They took it into repair it and recreated the same problem but in a new way. The issue was that the driverside door would randomly stick. They told me that it was the solenoid on the inside of the doorlock mechanism. They replaced it , but in doing so created a bulge on the door panel when they replaced it that would, at first be a nuisance and just catch the frame, but got worse over time. I tried to schedule a tine with them to bring it in for repair, but they only had time slots when I was at work. They offered a shuttle for me to get back to work but could not gaurantee that the shuttle would ve ready to bring me back as soon as I dropped the truck off. I finally got the truck back to them at 42000 miles, but they refused to fix it and now want over $800 to repair the damage that started as a manufacturing defect and then became a dealer tech damage issue. I do not reccommend buying fron this dealer.
