This dealership would not honor the agreement and I showed it to them in person my oil changes were no charge because I paid up front $695.00 for an agreement that my oil and filter with tire rotation was good until 70,000 miles or 04/18/27 which ever came first my truck has 36,500 miles and now they tell me I have to pay so I told them no in

Chris--Firstly, we apologize for not completely exceeding your expectations. It's our entire purpose. Your coverage provided for 14 services (oil change and tire rotations) total. You brought your vehicle in for the 14th and final service August 24, 2024. The plan you purchased breaks down to $49 per service with tax which is a huge savings over the regular price of $92 per service. Although you expended the total service opportunities for the coverage, you saved $593 by choosing to purchase that service agreement.

Ms Jamie helped me in the service dept. She is an asset to the company. She does a great job and is bery helpful. She makes sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. I know I am going to be taken care of when i come to get service done and she is my service rep. I just love her.
