The finance process was clear and transparent, with no surprises. This dealership truly values its customers and goes above and beyond to provide great service. Usually any repair at any dealership is a very stressful
Usually any repair at any dealership is a very stressful expensive experience with up charging and hidden fees that aren’t explained or discussed until time to pay comes. Let’s not even get started on communication with the dealership while your vehicle is in for service. Crystal and her team at Orr Nissan bossier stayed in constant communication with me, were honest about what I needed and didn’t need, didn’t try to up sell me into any extras and there were no extra fees or charges when I picked up my vehicle. Crystal went above and beyond to make sure the whole experience was smooth and easy for me and my family. If there were more crystals in the service departments of dealerships the process would be so much more user friendly and less stressful! Thank you Crystal and your team!!
