On August 29, 2024 my vehicle was brought in for a starter. I went to get my vehicle on August 30, 2024, As soon as I left the dealership I tried to turn my radio on. It would not come on. IT WORKED WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. I text the service person that was helping me. I took it back they could not Find what was wrong with my radio. They told me That they would look at it Tuesday. They picked up my vehicle And had it all day. They still could not figure what was wrong with. Radio. They called Nissan to talk to someone about it. They told me, it was the radio head and it would cost ME $4300. I left two messages for the general manager to call me back and still have not heard from him. I just want my radio fixed.
