ZERO STARS - worst experience with an auto dealership
ZERO STARS - worst experience with an auto dealership ever. After agreeing on a price for the sale of our car to them, they reneged on the price and reduced it by $3000. They tried to show me an MMR price but I am an educated purchaser and know that is the Mannheim Auction Price which is an inappropriate basis for the price of a one year old Lexus RDX Premium AWD SUV with only 8000 miles. The Used Car Manager and the New Car Manager did not seem to care at all about bait and switching a previous customer. Total shady and despicable business practices. This is my 7th review on different dealer ratiing websites and social media sites and it is going to continue until I have exhausted all of them and will repost often because the public needs to know. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JEFF WYLER NISSAN IN LOUISVILLE, KY!

There was damage to the car not disclosed.
There was damage to the car not disclosed. Seems it was a low-grade hurried repair to the driver side quarter panel. I expect being told of all past problems. Car fax had nothing on record of the past damage. I was lucky I knew an expert in my community. I called to turn it but it seemed they took long time to return the call. I will write this off as experience (expensive) But will not trust the car fax or this dealer anymore. If they post this. Be aware that sources failed. Carfax and the dealer.

WORST experience ever - actually ZERO STARS!
WORST experience ever - actually ZERO STARS! After agreeing on a price to sell our car, they lowered it by over $3000. These are unnecessary and shady bait and switch tactics. DO NOT do business with Jeff Wyler dealerships!
