Zach at the service department always goes a step above customer service with his professionalism and straight forward approach. Chris the vehicle technician was a joy to watch working on my vehicle with the care and pride in the work he was doing. I highly recommend promoting Zach and Chris so not to loose them to any competitor so Pritchard Nissan wouldn't suffer any loss of customers.
