Don't believe the listing price, you should fully expect to get hit with at least 5k in extra "fees" that won't be explained. Want to pay in full? Not here, they'll refuse. They pretty much only want you to finance and say they require you to make at least three payments before you pay it off. (I didn't, no kick backs from me. I paid it off before the furst statement even showed up.) They won't even allow you to put a large amount down on the loan they insist uou take out. There's a reason this dealership doesnt list on carfax. Also, check the carfax independently, because the link on their website takes you to the European site, not the US. But they're definitely going to shove a carfax in your face to sign saying you acknowledge theres been no accidents. This place has all the red flags, disgusting business practices. The cars are pretty dirty, too. You should fully expect to have to detail your new ride yourself. If you can find the car you want elsewhere, go there. If you're dead set on a specific car thay only they have, do your research and read all the reviews everywhere before you show up.

Normally I would give 4 stars because I did have a rather long wait but I came without an appointment and they were still able to take care of my EMERGENCY when no other place could. Daniel was super helpful and friendly. Guided me through the best possible option for me and the man next to him was super nice as well. Making me feel real good before I even got any work done. 4 new tires oil change and they even gave my car a wash before I left. Customer service is everything and I feel like they excelled. Thank you.

I highly recommend the Old Orchard dealership! Thanks to manager Dario, I drove away in the perfect Nissan for me, without any pushy sales pitches. The entire process was quick and transparent, and the financing was straightforward. The service team always had excellent communication, and the work was completed exactly on time.
