Took my mom’s car in because there was a malfunction alert on the dashboard. George in Service went above and beyond to take care of my mom and find out the issue promptly. One of the most dishonest and unprofessional dealerships I have ever encountered. I scheduled an appointment days in advance for a specific car. The salesperson even messaged me the night before to confirm my 10 AM appointment. But when I arrived on time, that salesperson conveniently disappeared, and someone else came out to inform me—without any apology—that the car had been sold. No call. No text. No notice. Nothing. This is not an accident. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic: lure customers in with a car that is “available,” then try to push something else once you show up. It is disrespectful, misleading, and a complete waste of my time. If this is how they treat customers before a sale, I cannot imagine what happens after you buy a car here. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to stay far away. There are many honest dealerships out there—this is absolutely not one of them.
