Beware! I am in the process of reporting them to the attorney general. My husband was have a mental crisis when he purchased the vehicle. I made them aware of this and was ignored stating that she some fine to them. My husband was hospitalized shortly after this due to mental illness. They just wanted to make a sale, they did not want to take the car back. We are still working to resolve this.

Worked with David Evans, who is a true gentleman and truly cares about his customers. Anthony Adams was very helpful locating the vehicle I wished to purchase. Went to another dealer first who only wanted to make money and not earn my business. When I went to Gerald, they worked to get my business and earn my trust. They did find the vehicle I wanted and gave me a courtesy vehicle until they could pick up my car and drop it off at my home. I have to say it was a pleasant experience, which you don't find at very many dealers. Very friendly and trustworthy. I would refer anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience to give them your business. I would not go anywhere else for a vehicle after this.

The staff are very helpful and patient at Nissan Gerald Matteson! Lots of information and options available for easy viewing as well. I only wish that they had the terms and conditions more easily accessible for their Lifetime Warranty provisions.
