Emailed this dealer to get a price on a car they had list on their website with no price,3 different people emailed me back, I explained that I lived almost 3 hours away,all 3 people that emailed me refused to give me the price. I honestly don't get it, and it seems like some shady tactics to sell a used car. Good news is I found another dealer that had integrity and was more than happy to sell me a car.

Bait and Switch. Tried to charge me thousands over listed price, then wanted to charge different prices for cash or finance. Unprofessional, find a car anywhere else.

After wasting hours out of my day texting Jack “the finance manger” about a lease on a murano which I believe the deal was to good to be true I asked for a bill of sale in which he never provided just keep insisting I drive 2 hour to the dealership. So there can do a bait and switch on me like the multiple reviews I seen on BBB. After seeing I wasn’t coming into the dealership without a bill of sale they cease all contract with me and ignoring all my texts. No dealership will do this if I’m willing to pay what you say the is. Prime example of bait and switch in the works.
