Do you want to play games and waste time?
I gave a written offer on a new Hyundai with very clear terms (sale price, trade-in value, finance rate and terms, taxes, fees, down payment, etc.). Salesman Marcos took the paper and called me an hour later to say that they would sell the car on those terms. When I came back in to finalize the purchase, Riley (finance manager?) brought forward an entirely different set of terms. When I asked about the original terms, I was told they just couldn't do that. Marcos or Riley could have easily said that in the first place. Instead they played games and wasted my time. Not cool and I don't recommend them.

Helpful and Nice
I went to Rob Green to do a title search so I could license my vehicle in Idaho after moving from out of state. The team member I talked to was very amiable and offered to do the inspection on the spot. After completing the inspection he smiled, waved at my kids, and said that it was on the house. Very nice! I always look at Rob Green Nissan’s lot first now.

After my experience I could not and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I was first informed I was approved to purchase vehicle then after making it was in my budget when I went to pick up car I was told I was denied. I feel like I was totally played
