They were nice but after being there all day and finally choosing a car, by the time I was done I was exhausted. Realized a few days later that the warranty I had gotten afterward had really cost me a fortune. I put $7000 down and still owe the cost of the car. My deposit didn’t make a dent in the cost of the car. I feel I got scammed. (but it was my own fault.) I was so tired and had a headache and just signed the paperwork without really realizing what I had signed.

They lie through their teeth just to get you to buy a car, make promises like extra key fabs, oil changes, they lie. Then when you ask about it you get an entire other song and dance. Don’t trust Ron Sayer they have horrible integrity.

My Experience was very bad here.
My Experience was very bad here. My wife and I were promised that a specific car would be held for us with the first option to buy it. We traveled 7 hours round trip, only to have the car sold out from under us while filling out the paperwork to buy it. The manager Kevin told us it would be held and no need for a deposit. Then while we were there in the process of buying it. Kevin told us he just talked to the owner Ron Sayer, and they decided another buyer with two trade ins could have it instead of us. If integrity and honesty mean anything to you, don't buy even a candy bar from this dealership. I am also a veteran and was wearing a shirt that showed how proud I am of that fact. US Army, 10th Mountain Division, 11B. I guess this is how we get treated at Ron Sayer Nissan in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
