Kindness matters
I was looking for a specific make and model of used car. After finding three online I visited each dealership. Ryan Bautista at Tony Nissan was the only sales person to show me courtesy. He also made me feel the dealership would back up his word. I visited there twice before purchasing. I preferred another car, but didn't trust in the seller. My follow up visits have been positive.

Used to swear by them, never again.
Overcharged, didn’t fix the problem the first time, instead created 2 more problems, one of which I was charged an extra $250 for. They blamed me for “messing” things up under the hood because I did my own fixes on other things when they indisputably cause these issues: putting new coils in the wrong spots after replacing all coils and spark plugs, and then bending a metal piece in between the air gasket and engine portion and blaming me....when they removed the air gasket twice, first time to change all the coils and spark plugs, second time to fix their mess up on wrong placement of coils and plugs. REALLY!? They treated me pretty poorly and didn’t listen to anything I said.
