Car was in for repair under warranty.
Car was in for repair under warranty. It was hard to get service representative to return calls or give updates. After initially waiting a week to hear anything at all we called to find they had not even looked at the car yet. It ended up taking a month and a half to get our car back. Felt like it wasn’t a priority to them because it was a dealer warranty on a used car and not a make they normally sell. The salesman who sold it to us assured us they could do service and repairs before we bought the car. We know better now. Upside was they gave us a loaner while they had our car.
