Do not trust anyone at Warner Robins Nissan especially the sales manager and office manager. They tried to sneak a extended warranty on my sales contract but I stopped them in time. NMAC which is Nissan finance company and Nissan corporate worked with me to get my refund. Even with that happening they still tried to lie out of any wrong doings. I have a copy of both contracts one that I read and signed,and the other where they transferred my electronic signature. This is the fake contract that was sent to NMAC without my knowledge. Don't ever sign a arbitration contract. You give them the right to lie,cheat and even commit fraud against you in sales or services. Stay away from 5 star Nissan in Warner robins georgia

This was a very simple and efficient process for me and my family. The team here was so helpful and nice. My situation was very unexpected and Justin from the service department put my mind at ease my questions were answered quickly and completely with pictures as well. During car troubles things can cause disruption in everyday life Justin was very understanding and helpful. I appreciate you being my mechanic and a listening ear in this situation explaining my options and so far. Keep up the good work 👏 over there in paradise.

I went to five star on February 21,2025 for a car for my
I went to five star on February 21,2025 for a car for my daughter. Mind you i spoke with a salesman by the name of Reginald Thompkins before i arrived. He told me he found my daughter a car which was a 2020 Nissan Versa. I then asked him did the car have any problems and he told me NO. I asked him again are you sure and he said No again. We got approved, we test drove the car which drove good and we did the paperwork. So when it was time to leave my daughter said the car wouldn't start. Mind you we put down 5k. I went and got him and told him the car wouldn't start and it said malfunction. He then said the car needed a battery and he would have them put one in. I told him i didn't want the car any more due to it wouldn't start. I got my money back but to top it all the car he tried to sell me was a mechanical special which means it has a lot of issues. Five Star Nissan knew this was a mechanical special and Reginal Thompkins and the whole department failed to tell me that. They was gonna take my money and sell me a lemon. I say this DO NOT go there!!! They are selling people mechanical special cars and scamming people of their hard earned money!!!! I advise anyone DO NOT let Reginald Thompkins sell u a car he is the biggest scammer in there. They all knew this car was raggedy!! Do not go to Reginald Thompkins matter of fact don't even go to five star nissan especially if you don't want to be scammed and sold a lemon!!!! I'll never go back there ever again!!!
