Great service and great sales staff explained everything to the wife and me about our Rogue. We loved our team, I am not understanding bad reviews but perhaps the staff changed, the wife and I have been in sales for years Real Estate but sales is sales.

I would have given a half star if I could.
I would have given a half star if I could. So I got I touch with the dealership about a 2018 rogue was told when I spoke to Shelby walker everything was good to put in the app.I put the application in and was called by her boss sayings the vehicle isn’t available. I told them not to run the credit check since they did not have the vehicle I was interested in. Got an email saying a hard inquiry was on my credit even after I asked them not to. Very pushy and an unpleasant experience altogether. Will definitely steer anyone away from such antics. Beware of switch bait!!!

Had my truck for service bc of a light that turns on.
Had my truck for service bc of a light that turns on. They couldn’t find what is wrong with the truck . I was calling to check on the vehicle status no answer for 5 days they pass me around and say they will call me back nothing. Ended up doing an oil change without me even asking. The service is not good , they might be missing stuff I don’t know but the service is just bad!!! I also bought a truck here a few years back and had a really bad experience with seller not keeping the promise of upgrades in the truck as promised prior to signing the loan , the Brand new Nissan armada truck had many electric issues needed software updates that the corporation didn’t even have. So for $90k you should be ashamed of yourself. Nissan do better! Never again!
