I purchased a 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie diesel truck from Heritage Nissan in Rome Georgia on Saturday April 29,2022. I found it on Cargurus website. It only had 10900 miles showing on it. After taxes the total was right at $74,000.00 which is A LOT OF MONEY. I test drove it only in 2 wheel drive and everything seemed nice. I traded my 2019 WHITE Ram Bighorn 4x4 in on the purchase. I drove the truck home and took my grandchildren out to dinner in this newly purchased truck. After I got home something didn't feel right in the front end. I looked under the truck and found the front right shock totally ripped away from the bottom mount with rust and scratches all over it. I have pictures. Looking further the truck had locking wheel lugs with no adapter to remove them in case of a flat tire and the dealership only gave me one key fob. It's a $74,000.00 truck and only ONE key fob? I had to take the truck back to the dealership on Monday, 2 days after purchase and they kept it ""5 days "" out of the first week after I bought it to fix things that were "supposed" to be inspected for PRIOR to purchase according to THEIR website ads. The best salesman up there, Marty Sweatman tried to get everything fixed by the Shop technicians, that I thought had inspected this 2021 truck but apparently had not. I picked up my truck a week later after the purchase and asked if it had been inspected for any other problems since I wasn't feeling too good about my purchase after a week. I overheard the service tech in the service drive making comments about me as I sat in the truck. I heard him clearly so I went back inside and talked to the sales manager with a missing tooth, about how bad I felt about the truck and he stood over me violently shaking and I thought he was going to hit me and yelled that " HE COULD HAVE MADE MORE ON THE TRUCK AT THE AUCTION AND WASN'T DOING ANOTHER THING TO THE TRUCK." My wife sat in the showroom and listened to this sales manager make comments about me as I went back outside to look at my $74 THOUSAND DOLLAR TRUCK again with Marty Sweatman, who again was the best person up there. The truck NEVER had the oil changed on it, showing 25% life. The tire pressures were not correct. The tires needed rotating. The back tailgate had dents in it that Marty did get fixed during the first week back at the dealership and Marty did get me a second key fob that I need to get programmed at a Ram dealership. I am a 65 year old Vietnam Navy veteran and I've bought many cars and trucks in my life and I'm still working at my career job after 28 years and I have NEVER been treated so badly in ALL my life after buying something so expensive to drive my grandchildren in. I have NEVER been yelled at by a salesperson ever until now and after spending so much money. Absolutely the worst sales experience of my life and nothing was inspected OR FIXED before my purchase. NOTHING. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to service my wheel barrow tire. Horrible customer experience. And they marked up my trade $4500.00 more on top of what they made on this truck. Maybe he can make more AT THE AUCTION. BUYER BEWARE They "DO NOT INSPECT" like the ad says they do and it cost me 74 THOUSAND DOLLARS to find this out.

My Sales man Felix Sandoval was amazing! He listened and worked hard in helping me fine the car that suited my needs. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle, which is what you look for in a car sales man. I recommend asking for Felix Sandoval at Nissan.
