After repeatedly asking for something to be checked on my car which was before they started the diagnostics and even after I came to pick up my car not only was it wasn?t done the service person who I was working with told me to come see him once I finished paying the cashier and he immediately got on the phone. Seems like he was advising my question, which was did the tech check what I had asked for?. This is the third time in a row that I?ve gone to this location for service and was not totally satisfied.
