I applied online with this company, I was told by Katie that I was preapproved, we stayed in touch the entire time up until I arrived at the dealership! Before I arrived she explained to me that their company goes through several finance company and that I would be approved, she sent me pictures of 2 SUV's and one video as well, I also asked her about other vehicles before my arrival she told me that I could look at more once I arrived, she was great stayed in touch until the day I arrived, after I arrived I asked for Katie b/c she knew I was coming a hour and a half away so yes I expected to match the face who I was texting, but unfortunately I was told that she had already left. I was okay with that so I talked with Mr. Taylor(he was nice the entire time I was there) he told me I was approved for a 2020 Chevy Traverse. I told him about the conversation Katie and I had talked about but he states that's the only vehicle the finance company approved me for, after test driving the vehicle the check engine light was on, he told us that the shop had closed so that we could bring it back the next week, ok we went with that. After having the truck for 6 days another light came on, car shakes after you drive it up to 70mph, and when we turn the car off the fans runs for another 30 mins! I spoke with Mr Taylor the day I was on my way to the dealership( one in a hour away) to let him know I wasn't satisfied with the vehicle, he told me to come on to the dealership, we got there around 430 everyone was there they just looked when we walked in the door, never acknowledge us, a guy walked up we explained everything above and he told us that he had heard a little bit about what was going on( so we knew right then that they had talked about it before we arrived) he told us to have a seat, after sitting for about 20 mins, Mr Taylor walked up to us, he already knew what was going on, he told us someone would be with us shortly, we sat and waited after waiting for a while, another guy came over states he was some kind of manager, but wasn't friendly at all, after he was talking and saying things about a vehicle he had but didn't have anything to do with what I had going on, he told me that he drove the car up to 100mph and it did not shake I knew that was a lie b/c we sat and looked at the vehicle it did not move after they drove it to the front door! He told me was there any other vehicle that I was interested in after telling me the car needed a tune-up but never addressed the problem about the other light that came on, he also said Katie had left for the day along with other managers but keep in mind everyone was there when we arrived, but left shortly after we walked in knowing they all knew what was going on, I told him that I just wanted to return the vehicle due to all the problems it was having after driving it for 6 days, he went to say it will be a 50.00 rental fee plus .55 every mile( I never signed the paperwork for that) he went to the back pulled up the paperwork and forge my signature from my electronically paperwork but did not sign it exactly like my signature even left one of the letters out of my name and I told him that, he only did that to keep from giving me my full down payment, they know that was not right. He would not show me a copy of my original paperwork that I signed only b/c he knew what he had done he told me he sent it to my email the day I signed my contract, I tried to open the email, could not get into it due to a security code which was not the correct information. I messaged Katie after I got home, no response at all but before I had purchased the vehicle she would message me back no matter what time of the day/night it was. Purchasing a car wasn't bad at all, Mr Taylor was GREAT!!!!! But the back end was horrible. I was also told when signing the paperwork not to tell the finance company that the check engine light was on, should have known that was a red flag!

We have just had our most positive car-buying experience in 50 years! Jordan Saunders and Kris Sumo were a joy to work with—so pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. What sets them apart from some past experiences, is their enthusiasm for their work. There is no pretense here, they are genuinely motivated to show up and give it all they’ve got to ensure a car buyer’s satisfaction. A shout-out, too, to Darrin Talton who explained the optional warranty on the technology bits. We got the warranty for peace of mind. After all, we realized that we were driving out of the dealership in a ‘computer on wheels!’ Many thanks, you three!
